During our stay, we were impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated very close to both the train station and the bus stop for the castle, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with necessary amenities. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, as they were friendly and professional. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

The location here was amazing, just a short 10-minute stroll to Reuter-Wagner Museum, which was super convenient for us. Our room was upgraded to a standard queen with all the basics like central heating, a TV, and a cozy sitting area. 🌟

We particularly enjoyed the hearty breakfast spread and the invigorating walks up the nearby castle. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the railway station. The onsite parking was also a plus, especially during a busy holiday season.

The hotel’s aging infrastructure was noticeable in some areas, such as the outdated furniture and carpets. the beds were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The location was an easy walk from the Railway Station adjacent to the old City Gate and with good access to local facilities. Rooms were comfortable but small - a cosequence of remodelling an older building. The staff were very obliging & attentive. The Restaurant was a gourmet delight though not open every night.

Although there was a lift to all floors, the entry from the Street was a steep bank of ten stairs which were hard to manage with large luggage.The staff were ready to help, if needed.
